San Miguel de Allende is a beautiful colonial city in Mexico. It seemed that everyone had dogs as pets. Unfortunately, many roam the streets at alarming numbers, most with proper care or pregnant. There are good people working on the problem tho and some of these photos were used by their organization to promote spay/neuter/vaccination programs.
